Salve : Pls mark the words "abuse of official position". Section 17A is very clear. It is set out to prevent this kind of regime revenge.

Salve : December 9, 2021- that's when the inquiry started as the learned judge says. This is based on a letter of 07.09.2021 to the ADGP. As per remand report, Naidu fraudulenlty committed criminal breach of trust by abuse of official position.
