The Court to Pronounce Orders in Aryan Khan and others Bail Plea at 2.45 pm.
Court assembles.
Senior Advocate Amit Desai and his team is present in court.
Matters are being called out serially. Aryan Khan's application is listed at Sr. No. 22.
Desai argued that NCB didn't recover contraband or money from Khan, which could've been used to purchase drugs. There are no WhatsApp chats about drugs on the cruise.
The NCB has argued that Khan was a regular consumer of drugs, and the contraband found on Khan's friend - Arbaaz Merchant - was for both of them to have a "blast" on the cruise.
Special Judge VV Patil reserved the bail applications for orders, on Thursday, after hearing Additional Solicitor General Anil Singh for the Narcotics Control Bureau and Senior Advocate Amit Desai for Khan.
The court rejected further NCB Custody of Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan, actor Arbaaz Merchant and model Munmun Dhamecha and other accused in the Cruise ship drugs case.
Aryan Khan and 7 other accused have been remanded to judicial custody instead.
On October 8 The Court rejected the bail applications filed by Aryan Khan, son of actor Shahrukh Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha accused in connection with the seizure of drugs on a luxury cruise ship off the Mumbai coast.
Additional Metropolitan Magistrate RM Nilekar observed that the bail pleas are not maintainable, and are hence rejected.
