Harish Salve says Mumbai police has not replied to the allegations of malice against them. Therefore, the allegations must be taken as unrebutted and admitted as per the law of pleadings, Salve adds.

Harish Salve : Mumbai police drifts off into something which they have no jurisdiction. The idea is to find something.
Harish Salve : The Mumbai police starts a spate of arrests against the Republic employees. There are two dimensions. They first start with BARC. Then they investigate Republic for violations under Telegraph Act, which they have no jurisdiction at all.
