Supreme Court invites Applications for Preparing Head Notes for the Supreme Court Reports
Supreme Court has invited applications from candidates who fulfill the following essential qualifications and other eligibility conditions as on 1.11.2014, for preparing head notes for the Supreme Court Reports under a purely temporary and stop-gap arrangement.
Educational Qualifications: The applicant must hold a Degree in law recognized by the Bar Council of India or any State Bar Council for enrolment as an advocate.
Work Experience: The applicant must be an Advocate with three years of practice as such and must be practising in the Delhi High Court or the Supreme Court of India;OR
The applicant must have research/teaching experience of three years in the field of law in any recognized University/Indian Law Institute /any other Institution connected with study in law and must be working in Indian Law Institute, Bhagwan Das Road, New Delhi.
Honorarium: The honorarium will be given on prescribed rates for each approved head note prepared by the Reporter for SCR.
