Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co to conduct series of certificate programs to train & certify Law students on practical aspects of Law
The first certification programis being organized in collaboration with ILS Law College, Pune on Indian FDI laws.
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co is conducting a series of certificate programs to train Law students on practical aspects of Law, across top Law colleges. The certification programs will help bridge the gap between practical and theoretical legal knowledge of students. This Certification program is being offered complimentary by SAM & Co.
The first program is being conducted in collaboration with the ILS Law College, Pune, on FDI related laws. The 4-day program at ILS Law College will start on 1, September, 2015, and is open for all the 3rd and 4th year students of the college. More than 130 students have already registered for the course.
Commenting on the certification program on FDI related laws, Mr. Akshay Chudasama, Managing Partner, Mumbai, SAM & Co said,“The FDI laws related certification program has been developed by SAM &Co’s Learning & Development team, as an interactive learning experience. It is will provide the students a unique opportunity to understand the FDI deal related mechanics and dynamics.”
The idea behind this certification program is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and the practical aspects of law. Abhishek Sinha, a Corporate Partner with SAM & Co will conduct this program.
