National Law School of India University, Bangalore proposes to publish a book titled GOOD GOVERNANCE – THE RTI WAY, as an outcome of the One Day National Seminar organized to mark 10 years of the RTI Act, as ‘NLSIU Book Series – 3’. The first book in this series, titled CONTRACTS, AGREEMENTS AND PUBLIC POLICY IN INDIA was released at the hands of the Hon. Chief Justice of India at the NLS Convocation 2015. Professor Sairam Bhat will again serve as an editor for the volume. Contributions from Law Teachers, Practitioners, Researchers, RTI Activists, Consultants, Students, and other interested persons are invited. The deadline for submission is November 30, 2015.
Submissions, under the following categories, are welcome:
- Long Articles – between 5000 and 8000 words including footnotes
- Short Articles – between 2500 and 3000 words including footnotes
- Case Comments and case summaries
- General write-ups and comments
