Advocates Vishal Dhagat And Vishal Mishra Appointed As Judges of Madhya Pradesh HC [Read Notification]

The President of India has appointed Advocates Vishal Dhagat and Vishal Mishra as Judges of Madhya Pradesh High Court.

Notification to that effect has been issued today.

Vishal Mishra is a relative of the Supreme Court judge Justice Arun Mishra. The collegium comprising of Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi, Justice SA Bobde and Justice NV Ramana had recommended these lawyers for elevation to the High Court on May 10th.

As regards the 'age factor' of Mishra, the Collegium had said that it is fully satisfied with the justification given by the High Court Collegium while nominating him for elevation.
