The Supreme Court has barred the entry of one Ashok Saini, who is the clerk of an advocate within the precincts of the Supreme Court of India.
The decision has been taken after Supreme Court's Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) found him guilty of Sexual Harassment.
He has been barred debarred from entering the precincts of the Supreme Court of India for a period of three months from 1st July, 2021 till 30" September, 2021.

It may be noted that the Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) of the Supreme Court had received a complain against him and thereafter, an inquiry, under Regulation 11(1)(b) and (c) and 11(2)(a) of the Gender Sensitisation and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Regulations, 2013 had taken place.
Ultimately, the enquiry found him guilty and thus this decision.
The notification of the Supreme Court states:
"It is for the information of all concerned that pursuant to a complaint, against Mr, Ashok Saini, the clerk of an advocate, of sexual harassment within the precincts of the Supreme Court of India, before its Gender Sensitization and Internal Complaints Committee (GSICC) and Consequential inquiry, under Regulation 11(1)(b) and (c) and 11(2)(a) of the Gender Sensitisation and Sexual Harassment of Women at the Supreme Court of India (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Regulations, 2013, Mr. Ashok Saini has been found guilty and debarred from entering the precincts of the Supreme Court of India for a period of three months from 1st July, 2021 till 30" September, 2021."
