The Supreme Court Collegium has recommended the elevation of Judicial Officer P.V. Ganediwala as a judge of the Bombay High Court.

Judicial Officer S.B. Agrawal's name was, however, remitted to the Chief Justice of Bombay High Court.

The recommendation for elevation of the two Judicial Officers was made by the Collegium of the Bombay High Court on November 28, 2017, along with four others. The proposal concerning these two officers was, however, deferred by the SC in September, 2018.
