The Kerala High Court through Registrar General, on Monday (16.03.2020) issued precautionary measures to be taken in the wake of COVID-19 outbreak.
Following are the precautionary measures to be followed:
- Total restriction will be imposed on public/litigants from entering the High Court complex. Entry will be permitted only to those summoned by the Court;
- The entry of the Staff of the High Court, Staff of the office of the Advocate General and the Advocate's Clerks inside the High Court Complex shall be facilitated only on display of their official identity cards;
- The Mediation and Adalat proceedings will stand suspended until further orders;
- Frequent sanitation to be effected on the common areas of contact inside the court complex viz. Handrails of stairs and escalators, doorknobs, lift switches, etc;
- Thermal Screening be undergone by all who enter the High Court complex;
