The division bench of Rajasthan High Court directed UIDAI officials to expedite the process of providing the Aadhar details of the suspect and a minor child to the Investigating Officer.

The court further directed that the aforesaid details shall be shared within seven days.

Justice Vinod Kumar Bharwani and Justice Sandeep Mehta, observed,

"We, therefore, direct that the UIDAI officials shall expedite the process of providing the Aadhar details of the suspect and the corpus to the Investigating Officer and same shall be shared latest within seven days from today. "

Moreover, the court further ordered that the Investigating Officer shall intensify the efforts to trace out the girl and she shall be presented in the Court on or before the next date of hearing.

The court stated that AAG Anil Joshi has filed the factual report, as per which, despite fervent efforts, the corpus who is minor could not be traced out.

The court also noted that the Investigating Officer has written to the UIDAI authorities for procuring Aadhar details of the suspect and the girl, but till date he has not received the same.

The matter is next listed on 11.4.2022.

Adv. S.R.Godara appeared for the petitioner. GA cum AAG Anil Joshi appeared for the respondent. Mr. Ishwar Prasad, CI, SHO P.S. Nokha, Bikaner was also present during the hearing.
