In view of extension of lockdown in the State until the morning of May 24, the Rajasthan High Court has issued a Circular stating that all Courts in the state shall continue to function completely through virtual mode.

The directions issued in this regard by the High Court on April 19 shall continue to apply during this period. The same may be read here.

Further it is provided:

  • All interim orders expiring between May 18 to May 24 shall remain extended till next date.
  • As per directions of the Supreme Court, the period of limitation for all judicial and quasi-judicial proceedings shall, stand extended till further orders.
