The President has appointed 3 new judges to the Orissa High Court. A notification in this regard was issued by the Ministry of Law and Justice today.
All of them are Advocates. They are :

As per the notification, the appointment is in this order of seniority.
The Supreme Court Collegium in its meeting held on 29th January, 2022 had recommended their elevation along with one more Advocate (Sanjay Kumar Mishra). Before the present notification, the Orissa High Court had 18 judges out of a sanctioned strength of 27. With these appointments, the vacancies will reduce to 6.
