Taking note of the serious challenges faced by the State/Country in the wake of COVID 19 pandemic, the Chief Justice of Chhattisgarh has requested the judges and Registrars, and employees of the High Court, and also Judicial officers and employees of Subordinate Judiciary to donate one day's salary to the Chief Minister's Relief Fund For Corona. 

The contribution is on a voluntary basis and those who do not wish to contribute has to intimate the designated officer of the High Court. Non receipt of Call/SMS will be deemed as their consent to donate.

Earlier, the Supreme Court had made a similar appeal to the officials of Registry to make voluntary contributions to Prime Minister Citizens' Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation[PM CARES] funds for COVID-19 relief.
