The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, has been re-constituted vide a Circular dated 09.02.2023 issued by NCLT. Justice Pradeep Narhari Deshmukh (Judicial Member) of NCLT Mumbai Bench is demitting office on 10.02.2023 on completion of his tenure. Therefore, the Bench is being re-constituted to take up the matters listed before Justice Pradeep Narhari Deshmukh (Judicial Member) and Shri Shyam Babu Gautam (Technical Member).
The re-constitution has been made in partial modification of orders of even number dated 10.10.2021 and 27.06.2022 is effective from 11.02.2023 until further orders.
The re-constituted NCLT Mumbai Benches shall comprise of:
NCLT Mumbai, Court Room No. 1 (First Half)
- Shri Venkata Subba Rao Hari (Judicial Member)
- Shri Shyam Babu Gautam (Technical Member)
NCLT Mumbai, Court Room No. 2 (Second Half)
- Shri Kuldip Kumar Kareer (Judicial Member)
- Shri Shyam Babu Gautam (Technical Member)
Shri Venkata Subba Rao Hari (Judicial Member) shall first take up the matters of NCLT Court No. 1 and then attend the matters before NCLT Court No. 3. Further, Shri Kuldip Kumar Kareer (Judicial Member) shall first take up the matters of NCLT Court No. 5 and then attend the matters before NCLT Court No. 2.
