The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) will begin hearing of cases via video conferencing from June 15 onwards.

Through a circular issued on June 2 it is intimated that the matters will now be heard via video conferencing.

All the parties whose matters are pending before the Commission may convey their request for listing to the Registry of the Commission. Such parties will also be required to submit the digitized records of their respective cases through e-mail at ncdrc@nic.in.

So far as filing of fresh cases is concerned from June 3 onwards, the parties will be required to submit the digitized files on the above mentioned e-mail along with the physical files of the matters.
