In related news, a minor explosion took place in the court complex at Rohini in New Delhi on December 9. The Delhi police said that the explosion took place in a laptop bag.
The incident happened in Court No.102, when proceedings were underway. Soon after the blast, the proceedings were halted. One person who got injured has been admitted in the hospital.
As per DCP Pranav Tayal, the explosion happened in a laptop bag, while a court proceeding was underway.
It may be recalled that in the same court complex in Rohini, a horrific shootout as part of gang rivalry had taken place in September, which left four gangsters dead. The incident had highlighted the security lapses in the court, on which the Delhi High Court took cognizance.
