After noticing a shirtless man attending the virtual proceedings, the Kerala High Court emphasised that although the court was open to all, attendees were expected to maintain the required decorum in the courtrooms.

In the afternoon session of Justice Devan Ramachandran's bench, a shirtless man was seen listening to the proceedings with his camera switched on. The Court remarked:

"Who is this? What is going on? I don't have a problem with anyone listening to the proceedings, but at least adhere to the decorum. I can see a shirtless man here. This is a court, not a circus or a cinema."

The virtual court was slated to hear the sensational Church dispute today in the afternoon session, and this had garnered quite a number of attendees before the Bench.

The hearing of the said case started at 3:45 p.m. today and went on till 5:15 p.m. The bench had approximately 299 attendees till the end of the hearing despite it being way after the court timing. Many people were seen attending the proceedings from a car, lying on a cot and even while driving throughout the hearing of the matter.

The man who appeared shirtless could possibly be one such attendee interested in hearing the proceedings in the church dispute between the factions.
