Chief Justice of the Madhya Pradesh High Court Ravi Malimath has begun the exercise of disposing of old pending cases in the state of Madhya Pradesh. After having taken the charge as the Chief Justice, and with the help of other companion Justices of the High Court, Justice Ravi Malimath has emphasized the expeditious hearing of old and pending cases with the proper cooperation of the Advocates.
As a part of the initiative, a 25 years old Writ Petition, instituted in 1996 has been disposed of by a Division Bench consisting of Justices Ravi Malimath and Vijay Kumar Shukla.
