The Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) 2020 has been postponed due to the corona outbreak.

New Date of Examination: 24 May 2020


Last Date to submit Application:  25 April 2020.

Shedding light on the decision taken by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLU), Legally India reported that,

"The Consortium, which includes all the vice-chancellors (VCs) of NLUs, has agreed to extend the application deadline of 31 March 2020 and the date of 10 May 2020 in light of the situation, according to this year's CLAT convenor and DNLU Jabalpur VC, Prof Balraj Chauhan"

"We are closely watching the situation and discussing all the developments amongst ourselves" Chauhan further stated.

A number of examination including the 12th standard & 10th Standard board exams have also been postponed in light of the pandemic.
