In view of subsistence of the nationwide lockdown, the Rajasthan High Court has decided to continue restrictive functioning, both in the High Court as well as in the Subordinate courts, until further orders.

It is intimated that the Benches will function between 08:30 AM and 12:30 PM. with half an hour break from 10:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Special Courts/Tribunals will also function between the above timings, for hearing of urgent matters only.

Further, the cases in which dates from May 8, 2020 to May 30, 2020 were given by the High Court have been adjourned to be heard from June 1 onwards.

The nationwide lockdown will remain in force until May 31, 2020, as announced by the Central Government today. A formal order for the same has been issued by the National Disaster Management Authority under the Disaster Management Act, 2005.
