The High Court of Madhya Pradesh has inaugurated the e- Sewa Kendra in contemplation of the initiative of the e-Committee. It was inaugrated by Chief Justice Ravi Malimath in the presence of Justice Rohit Arya, Chairman, e-Committee, High Court of MP, and other companion Judges. The event was also marked with the presence of Mr. M.P.S. Raghuvanshi, President, High Court Bar Association, Gwalior.

Under the initiatives of the e-Committee, the Supreme Court of India e-Sewa Kendra's is established in the High Courts and in District Courts of every State. It enables litigants to obtain information with respect to case status and to obtain copies of judgments and orders. These centers also extend assistance in the e-filing of cases. These Kendra's represent a significant step for the common man and his right to access to justice.

The e-Sewa Kendra inaugurated today will facilitate litigants and lawyers in respect of their cases. Ten services such as Information related to Case Status, Next Date of Hearing, Obtaining of Certified Copies, e-filing, e-payment, e-court fees, court mobile application, e-mulakat - prison appointment, and free legal services shall be made available to the litigants.
