The SC collegium has recommended the transfer of Justice Dama Sheshadri Naidu from High Court of Kerala to Bombay High Court.

On September 22,2017, the Collegium had recommend his reptriation to his parent High Court, the then High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh.

In supersession of that, the present recommendation has come.

The collegium of five judges- CJI Ranjan Gogoi and Justices Sikri, Bobde, Ramana and Arun Mishra met on January 10.

He was elevated as Additional Judge of the High Court of Andhra Pradesh on 21st September,2013.

He was later transferred to High Court of Kerala, where he took charge as a puisne judge on June 30, 2014.

 When the new High Court was formed for the State of Andhra Pradesh with effect from January 01, 2019, following the division of the High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad for the States of Telengana and Andhra Pradesh, it was declared to be his parent high court.
