Govind Ramnath Kare College of Law, Research Centre for Doctoral Studies is organizing “National Seminar on Victimisation and Justice Administration in Criminal Law” on 16th July 2016.

Call for Papers Themes:



  • Vulnerability and victimization in Criminal Law

  • Revisiting criminal laws due to challenges from new forms of victimization in cyber space

  • Deficiencies, irregularities and extraneous considerations in criminal justice administration


Deadlines:



  • Receipt of Abstracts of Approx. (300 words) - 3 rd June 2016

  • Intimation of Acceptance of Abstracts- 7 th June 2016

  • Submission of full paper (soft copy) - 16th June 2016

  • Receipt of registration forms and fees- 30th June 2016


Fees:



  • Teachers/Lawyers/Officials from institutions Rs 800

  • Research scholars/Students Rs. 400


Note:



  1. All participants will be awarded certificates

  2. In addition, paper presenters shall be awarded certificates mentioning title of paper submitted

  3. Peer reviewed articles shall be embodied in the special issue on Criminal Law of Kare Law Journal with ISSN No., an annual publication
