Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University (RMLNLU), Lucknow, a premier institution established in 2006, has continually contributed to advancing legal education in India. Known for its excellence in intellectual property rights (IPR) studies, the university hosts the DPIIT-IPR Chair, fostering cutting-edge research and education in intellectual property.
The Department for Promotion of Industries and Internal Trade (DPIIT) under the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, India, initiated the SPRIHA scheme to establish IPR Chairs in selected academic institutions. RMLNLU's DPIIT-IPR Chair is organizing a Two-Day Comprehensive Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights: Drafting, Filing, and Management.
