NLIU Bhopal: National Workshop Cum Competition On Drafting And Pleading [28th -29th October]

The workshop aims to introduce legal drafting and its key concepts, along with a focus on details to be covered while drafting of pleadings.

About the Workshop:
The workshop would be conducted under the guidance of eminent legal luminary Dr. Aman Hingorani, Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India. Dr. Aman Hingorani practices as a lawyer and mediator in the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court. He has been empanelled with the Supreme Court Legal Aid Services. He is trained in arbitration and has been appointed as an arbitrator by the Delhi High Court and acts as an arbitrator for P.H.D Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

The workshop is a two-day workshop which would be divided into 6 sessions, each emphasizing on the fundamentals of legal advocacy and skill building, the workshop would also include a Drafting competition and the top three drafts shall be awarded.

Fees:
The fees for the workshop (inclusive of accommodation & food) is INR 2000/-

Accommodation:
The accommodation and food for the participants will be provided by the organizing university.
