Hidayatullah National Law University has restructured and redesigned its research efforts in tune with the contemporary priorities with its novel model christened as “R- HaS” {Research- Hub and Spoke}. The R- HaS constitutes Five Hubs structured as School of Law & Technology, School of Law & Public Policy, School of Law & Humanities, School of Law and Business, School of Law and Governance, Each School will have five centers of research. The Research Cluster will recruit research associates who will also have an option to enroll in PhD programmes. Speaking about the R- HaS launch, Prof. Vivekanandan, Vice Chancellor observed. “This is the first of its kind a comprehensive umbrella type research structure among the law schools which will catapult organized research for focused deliverables.”
Speaking at the launch, Justice M.R. Shah, Judge, Supreme Court of India commended the organogram and urged the faculty to strive for its success. The event also marked the felicitation of the Justice for his three years guidance and mentorship of HNLU as its EC member.
Justice Prashant K Mishra, Chief Justice, High Court of Andhra Pradesh and Justice Sanjay K Agarwal, Judge, High Court of Chhattisgarh also attended the event.
