This year, the theme for 5th SJCL National Moot Court Competition 2025 is "Labour Rights of the Organised Sector," a critical and timely issue in the Indian legal landscape. The focus of the competition will be on the legal framework protecting workers in the organised sector, the rights and protections afforded to them, and the ongoing challenges they face in terms of fair wages, working conditions, and social security. The event targets law colleges and law students across India, providing them with the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions and contribute to the discourse surrounding labour laws. It serves as a platform for students to explore the complexities of labour rights, legal reforms, and the implications of policy decisions on workers in the organised sector.
