1st Kashmir University International Moot Court Competition [27th-29th Aug]

Date: 27^th to 29^th August 2019.

Eligibility:

• Student's enrolled and pursuing 3 or 5-year undergraduate law course from any university recognised by the Bar Council of India or students pursuing an equivalent course from any duly recognised foreign university may apply to participate in the competition.
• Each institution seeking to participate may send a maximum of one (1) team to represent that institution.

Team Formation: A team may consist of a maximum of three (3) members. Such team shall include two (2) orators and one (1) researcher.

Registration: Institutions seeking to register may do so provisionally by sending an email to sclukimc19@gmail.com. The mail should be sent from the official email id of the participating team's respective moot society or that of faculty incharge/co-ordinator. The details regarding the final registration and registration fees shall be released later. The subject line for the mail should be 'Provisional Registration for the Kashmir University International Moot Court Competition 2019'.

• Release of Pre-Invite and Commencement of Provisional Registration: 12^th June 2019
• Release of Moot Proposition, Rules and Commencement of Final Registration: 20^th June 2019
• Last Date for Registration: 10^th July 2019
• Last Date for seeking Clarifications: 12^th July 2019
• Release of Clarifications: 15^th July 2019
• Last Date of Submission of Memorials (Softcopy): 20^th August 2019
