JRC is providing internship opportunities to law students and young professionals across disciplines who are interested in building research capabilities and getting published.
Legal Research & Content Writing Internship:
Eligibility:
- Undergraduate and postgraduate law students.
- Students pursuing PhD programme in law.
- Advocates and other professionals.

- Due credit for articles, i.e., publication along with name/designation of author(s).

Nature Of Internship:
- Primary Duty: Legal Research and Content Writing.
- One topic will be allotted to the intern at a time from current affairs. This could be legal reform, legislative research, policy analysis, etc.
- The interns will conduct their research on the issue. their unique ideas and inputs will be valued at JRC. Thereafter, they will prepare a report in the form of an article or essay based on guidelines provided by JRC.
- This article will be published on website along with intern's name and designation, giving them proper credits for their hard work.
- After that, the next topic will be allotted. Interns will be required to write 3-5 articles in the entire duration of your internship.
- Work will take 2-3 hours of your time per day. Weekends will be off.
- Interns will be sharing the articles and events conducted by Juris Centre with their college groups.
- Continuous support will be provided to interns.
- Certificate(s) will be digitally issued on successful completion of internship.
Location:
It is a work from home (online) internship. All communication will be via email and WhatsApp only.
Number of Vacancies:
Five (5) interns are required every month.
Duration:
Four weeks. The internship shall commence from Monday 3rd May and it will be concluded on 31st of May. Applicant can apply for any other month using the procedure mentioned below.
How to Apply?
- Internship aspirants should send a writing sample and CV to Juris Centre via email (info@juriscentre.com). Writing sample can be any content written by applicant including college assignments.
- The subject of email should be "Internship Application: May 2021". If the applicant wishes to intern in any other month, kindly mention that month in the subject.
- JRC will inform the students about selection or rejection of their application within 7 days. Selection will be based purely on merit.
Note: Do not send repeated reminders about the application.
Editorial Internship:
Eligibility:
- Postgraduate students.
- Students pursuing PhD programme.
- Advocates and other professionals.
- Professors and Assistant/Associate Professors.
Note: Undergraduate students are not eligible for Editorial Internship.

- Networking opportunities.
Nature of Internship:
- Primary Duty: Approval and Correction of Articles.
- Articles will be sent to you for examination. You will select or reject them for publication based on criteria provided to you.
- Approved content will be sent to you for correction of grammatical and other errors.
- Work will take 2-3 hours of your time per day. Weekends will be off.
- Interns will be sharing the articles and events conducted by Juris Centre with your college groups.
- Certificate(s) will be digitally issued on successful completion of internship.
Location:

- If the applicant wishes to intern in May, send the application by 25th April. And so on for other months.
- Selected candidates will get a reply within 72 hours. It might not be possible to reply to everyone due to the large number of applications.
