The Christ Academy Institute of Law (CAIL), Bengaluru, in collaboration with Globethics Academy, Geneva, Switzerland, is organizing a One-Week International Faculty Development Programme (IFDP) on "Ethics and Values for Teaching Professionals and Administrators". The programme will take place from 25th November to 2nd December 2024, in online mode.

Christ Academy Institute of Law (CAIL) is a prominent law school situated on the outskirts of Bengaluru, affiliated with Karnataka State Law University (KSLU). ABOUT THE PROGRAMME
Inspired by Paulo Freire's idea that "we make roads by walking," this International Faculty Development Programme (IFDP) seeks to empower teaching professionals to practice and promote ethics in higher education. In a world where career pressures often overshadow ethical considerations, the programme aims to equip faculty with the skills and commitment needed to integrate ethical practices into their teaching, administration, and research. Through focused training and collaborative efforts, the IFDP encourages educators to become active partners in fostering an ecosystem of ethical conduct, contributing to lasting transformation in higher education.
