DNLU: Workshops On Role Of Legal Aid In PIL & Cyber Security And Digital Rights In India
Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur, was established in 2018. Although a young university, it belongs to the category of the nation’s preeminent legal institutes- the National Law Universities. It has over 600 students in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral programs in legal studies.
The University’s Legal Aid Cell, Vidhi Mitra aims to make the legal system and justice more accessible to the general public and create awareness amongst the people about the contemporary legal issues and established rights of the people.
With this aim, Vidhi Mitra is organizing two online workshops. The sessions will be taken by luminaries like Dr. Digvijaysinh Rathod (Associate Dean, School of Cyber Security & Digital Forensics, PhD, MCA) and Divyangi Bhargava (Programme Manager, Clinical Legal Education, Zenith Society for Socio-Legal Empowerment.)
