CTCL envisages being a centre of excellence in private and government transnational commercial law reform, advice, and policy evaluation, to conduct research, and provide consultative services to Governments, Institutions, and Organizations, dedicated to the development of Transnational Commercial Law and Policy.

The Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) at NLU Delhi is pleased to announce that applications are now open for their Diploma and Certificate Courses in Business and Law for Entrepreneurs and Startups.

Start-ups are vital to the growth of the economy of their country. Governmental policies in the last few years aim to promote entrepreneurship and innovations in all fields. While there is no dearth of fertile, innovative, and dedicated minds in their country, many startups often remain unable to take off or crash soon after take-off due to a lack of adequate knowledge about key legal issues.

  • Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline. In the case of candidates enrolled in an
