Litigation now a days is fast field wherein an LLB pass out can make carrier in. Their are different areas in litigations like civil cases, criminal cases, cases pertaining to family law (divorce, domestic violence), cases pertaining to Consumer laws etc. However, every student or an advocate is not aware of the areas in which he can practice or is not aware of the procedure of filing cases as the procedure of filing cases in different in different fields. This course will not only give an idea of various areas of litigations but will also help the students to identify their interested area of practice wherein they can choose their litigation area on becoming advocates.
