Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, in collaboration with Khurana & Khurana (K&K), is offering an online Certificate Course on Startup Laws. The course is to be organized from 12th April to 18th May 2025 on a virtual platform.
This program is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing startups, ensuring they are well-equipped to navigate the complexities of launching and managing a business.
Through expert-led sessions and real-world case studies, the course will cover crucial aspects of startup operations, including business structuring, incorporation, compliance with regulatory frameworks, securing funding, intellectual property protection, and contract negotiation. Additionally, participants will gain insights into labor laws, dispute resolution mechanisms, marketing strategies, and exit planning.
