Jamia Hamdard Mediation Competition 2025, is scheduled for 21st February 2025 and HILSR International Arbitration Conference on 22nd February 2025, as part of Concordia 2.0, hosted by the ADR Board, school of law HILSR, Jamia Hamdard.
The ADR Board at school of law, HILSR, Jamia Hamdard, is committed to promoting Alternative Dispute Resolution practices and fostering a culture of innovation in dispute resolution. Established in 2022, the Board has been actively involved in organizing events and programs that provide students and professionals with platforms to explore the evolving ADR landscape.
Established in 2018 under Jamia Hamdard, the Hamdard Institute of Legal Studies and Research (HILSR) is a distinguished institution dedicated to legal education. Approved by the Bar Council of India, HILSR provides a comprehensive range of programs, including a five year Integrated B.A.LL.B., an LLM with specializations in Constitutional Law and Commercial Law, and a Ph.D. program in Law.
Committed to cultivating exceptional legal professionals, HILSR prepares students for diverse roles in the Bar, Bench, and legal academia. The department emphasizes a well-rounded educational experience, regularly hosting distinguished judges and lawyers to share practical insights into the legal system. • Attach proof of payment and No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the institution at the time of registration.
HILSR International Arbitration Conference (22nd Feb 2025)
• Abstracts (300 words max) with 5 keywords must be submitted via email i.e. iacadrb2025@gmail.com , submission of abstract to the email shall be considered registration for the International Conference.
• Attachment of proof of payment has to be made upon the intimation of acceptance of abstract.
• Full papers (2000-3000 words exclusive of abstract & footnotes) must follow the 20th Harvard Bluebook Citation style.
