The Sultan-Ul-Uloom College of Law was established in 1989. It has made a mark as a premier Law College and has completed more than three decades of success in training young law students. The Institution is committed to academic and Professional excellence and has a mission to train lawyers with ethical and moral values. Presently the college is offering LL. B (3YDC), BA. LL. B (SYDC), BBA. LL. B (SYDC), LL.M (Corporate Law), and LL.M (Constitutional Law). The college is hosting the Crime Scene Investigation Competition for the First time in the state of Telangana to encourage law students and motivate them to enhance their advocacy skills.

SCENE INVESTIGATION: Participating in a crime scene investigation competition is a great opportunity for law students to learn about criminal investigations. It provides insights into how evidence is evaluated in court and teaches them how to handle it. The competition also focuses on the early stages of an investigation, showing students how important the first steps are in solving a crime. It helps students develop skills like careful observation, attention to detail, and logical thinking when looking at a crime scene. By practicing in competitions students gain real-life experience in solving crime scenes. These events help students improve their knowledge of investigation techniques and get ready for future careers in criminal law.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. Any student pursuing the following courses in a recognized institution can participate in the competition: A five-year integrated law course. Three-year law course.
  2. Team Composition: Each team shall include three members: an Investigator, Photographer and a Sketch artist
  3. All teams have to register online via the registration form circulated along with the Brochure. The last date for registration would be 15th December 2024. There will be no refund of registration fees. Communication of confirmation will be sent via email.
  4. One team per college can participate in the competition.

REGISTRATION FEES: Rs.2000/- per team

Prizes

First prize: RS 10,000

Second prize: RS 8000

Third prize: RS 6000
