National Law University, Jodhpur invites submissions for the upcoming volume of the Journal on Corporate Law and Governance.
The Journal is an annual publicationoffering a forum for critical research on interplay of contemporary issues in corporate law, both from an academic and industry perspective. The Editorial Board of the Journal welcomes submissionof original articles, comments and discussion within the aim and scope of the Journal for Volume III, Issue II.
