Submission Guidelines
- Authors are informed not to resort to plagiarism and that the NLIU follows zero-tolerance against plagiarism.
- Not more than 2 authors are allowed for one article.
- All the contributions are to be in Times New Roman with a font size of 12. Headings should be in capital letters with a font size 16 and subheading should be in Font size 14. Further, the footnotes shall be in font size 10.A line spacing of 1.15 for the main text and 1.0 for the footnotes is to be followed.
- A one-line gap must be maintained between headings and paragraphs. All paragraphs should commence with a one-inch indent.
- All writing should conform to the Oxford University Standard for Citation of Legal Authorities (OSCOLA), 4th Edition.
- The subject of the email shall be as follows – “Submission for Volume XVI, | Name of the Author/Authors – Title of Submission”
- All submissions shall be sent to ilr@nliu.ac.in in .doc or .docx format with file named as – “[Name of Author/Authors] –Title of Submission”
