DNLU Calling For Submissions On The Theme "Ticking Timebomb: Climate Change Litigation For A Climate-Safe Future" [Submit By15th October]

The Madhya Pradesh Dharmashastra National Law University, Jabalpur (M.P.) was established in the year 2018 by Madhya Pradesh National University Act 24 of 2018, with the object of advancing the cause of legal education and achieving excellence as a university for imparting value-based legal education. The university emphasis learning advocacy skills with professional ethics by providing suitable simulation exercises. The Chief Justice of MP High. Court is the Chancellor of the university.

The Centre for Research in Environmental Law (CREL) is an endeavour of the Dharmashastra National Law University (DNLU), Jabalpur, M.P., India to respond to the need for legal scholarship and research in the areas of environmental law. The Centre strives to promote outstanding research in Environmental Law. In lieu of this, CREL through its various initiatives, programmes and platform provides an opportunity for all the legal and social science fraternity and environment enthusiasts to share their experiences and opinion on contemporary issues of Environmental concern.

Submission Guidelines

• The manuscripts shall be in the English language only.
• Co-authorship is limited to a maximum of two authors.
• Submissions may be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments, and short notes. Further, submissions analysing or critiquing already existing academic research on a topic or issue are also welcome.
• Submissions shall be lucid, contemporarily relevant, and well- researched. They shall contain a novel analysis of the issue by the author(s). The Editorial Board encourages analytical submissions with concrete suggestions over descriptive submissions with generic suggestions.
• The name and institution of the author(s) shall not be mentioned in the body of the submission.
• The word-limit for the manuscripts is between 2000-3000 words.
• All submissions must be made in Times New Roman, with heading size 14, font size 12 and Spacing 1.5.
• Citation Guideline - The prescribed citation format is the OSCOLA 4th or 20th Bluebook format of citation.
• All the entries should be submitted in (.doc) or (.docx) format.

Eligibility

Submissions shall be open to students, academicians, and professionals.

Submission Procedure
