Call For Submissions: NLUJ, Law Review Volume 10 Issue 2 [Register By February 29]
National Law University-Jodhpur (NLUJ) is one of India" 's leading Law Schools situated in the vibrant and colorful city of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. NLUJ has constantly been ranked as one of the top law schools in India. Since its establishment in 1999, NLUJ has endeavored to produce exceptional lawyers and legal scholars aimed at pushing and challenging the existing boundaries of knowledge.
The University has developed a holistic approach to understanding law and justice from a multi-disciplinary perspective. The University offers unique five-year integrated undergraduate programs i.e. B.B.A., LL.B.(Hons.); B.A., LL.B.(Hons.); to generate especially skilled global legal professionals. These integrated programs offer highly demanding honors courses in various facets of law such as Constitutional Law, Business Law, Trade Law, International Law, Criminal Law, and Intellectual Property Rights Law.
NLUJ Law Review is the flagship journal of National Law University, Jodhpur, established to promote academic research and foster debate on contemporary legal issues. It is a bi-annual, double-blind reviewed, and edited journal, focusing on an interdisciplinary approach towards legal writing. The remit of the Review is not restricted to any particular field of law but is broad enough to include national as well as international legal and policy-related issues.
Call For Submissions
NLUJ Law Review invites original and unpublished manuscripts including, but not limited to, long articles and short articles in different facets of law and allied fields from academicians, practitioners, legal professionals, research scholars, and students. Please fill out the form available here to submit the manuscript.

Categories
- Long Articles [6,000 – 8,000 words]: The category includes submissions that comprehensively analyze a nuanced legal issue. It must contain an analysis of the current legal scenario, help the reader identify the lacunae therein, and provide constructive suggestions. The author(s) are also encouraged to provide their opinions and responses to the previous publications of the Review.
- Short Articles [3,000 – 6,000 words]: The category includes submissions that undertake an in-depth study of specific legal issues and give the reader valuable insight into the legal challenge identified by the author.
General Instructions
- The submissions made under the categories of Long Articles and Short Articles must enclose an abstract of not more than 200 words.
- The Review permits co-authorship of not more than two authors.
- All submissions to the Review should be original and should not be simultaneously considered by any other publication. Any form of plagiarism by the author(s) will lead to disqualification of the manuscript for publication.

- There are no restrictions on the area of law.
- Maximum co-authorship of two is permitted.
- The word limits prescribed are exclusive of footnotes.
- The submissions made must enclose an abstract of not more than 200 words.
- The footnotes should conform to the citation style of the 21st edition of the Bluebook.
- Any form of plagiarism will lead to disqualification for publication.
- The Review retains absolute discretion with acceptance or rejection of a manuscript.
