The Department of Law & Governance, Central University of South Bihar is inviting chapters for the book - 'New Horizon Of Human Rights In India'

Human rights are sometimes referred to as fundamental rights, basic rights, inherent rights, natural rights and birth rights. Despite of the importance of human rights in all aspects of life, it is also true that these rights are subject to serious violations. It very necessary to address the traditional and contemporary cross cutting issues related to human rights. This book is an attempt to give space to such relevant issues which are touching upon the various aspects of life, ranging from policy making, Indian Constitution, women, disabled, refugees to trade and business, terrorism, IPR, police personnels etc. This call for chapters aims to systematically accumulate the contemporary thoughts and their concern on human rights from subject experts who are expected to exercise their academic liberty and suggest possible and effective solutions addressing different related issues.

Submission Guidelines:

· The Manuscript should be within the maximum word limit of 7000 words and minimum 5000 words (Manuscript + Abstract).

· Submission of the Abstract + Keywords: Submission of the abstract should not be more than 250 words along with minimum 5 keywords. (The abstract and keywords shall be the part of the Manuscript and shall be sent together).

· The article shall be in Time New Roman, Font Size 14 for headings, 12 for the rest of the parts and 1.5 line spacing.

· The Footnotes should be in Times New Roman, Font Size 10, single line spacing.

· Footnotes style should conform to the APA.

· A Cover Letter is to be submitted along with the article containing the name of the author, designation, affiliating institution, the title of the manuscript, mobile number and e-mail address of the author(s).

· Maximum two authors/contributors for each article are allowed.

· All the contributions should be the original work of the contributors/authors and the article/research paper must not be sent elsewhere for publication. The Abstract, Manuscript and cover letter should be only in Microsoft Word Format and must be sent at one time in a single email. The paper should not be plagiarized, and free from grammatical, spelling and other errors. If similarity level is found more than 10% then the article shall be rejected.

· Article must be sent in English Language only.

· Intimation about the acceptance of the Article: Intimation about the acceptance of article for publication will be sent to you within 15th January, 2025.

Last date of Submission: 31st December, 2024.

Book will be published by reputed National/International Publisher.

Note: However, the above sub-themes are not exhaustive in nature. Authors are also allowed to write any article on any new sub-theme outside the scope of the above sub-themes on human rights in India.
