The Centre for Business and Commercial Laws (CBCL), National Law Institute University, Bhopal (NLIU) runs the CBCL Blog, a platform that was started with the aim of generating awareness and facilitating research in the field of business and commercial laws.
CBCL Blog invites submissions on a rolling basis from both, students and practitioners, on contemporary issues relevant to the areas of corporate law, company law, securities law, insolvency law, banking law, capital markets, and securities law, competition law, mergers and acquisitions, sports law, trade law, contract law, taxation law and other contemporary issues.
Deadline: Submissions for the blog shall be reviewed on a rolling basis.
Guidelines:
- Authors should use endnotes and not footnotes.
- The blogs may be in the form of articles, opinions, case comments and short notes on the topics mentioned above.
- Authors are advised to keep their work succinct to put forth original ideas effectively.
- The author(s) must include their full name(s) and the institution/organization they're associated with. Ideally, a link to their online profile page should be mentioned in the document and also the suggested category of the submission.
Word Limit: It is recommended that the article does not exceed 1500 words (excluding endnotes).
