Mrinal will lead the firm's Economic Damages and Valuations Practice in India and is a noted economic damages and valuations expert with nearly 15 years of experience focused on complex quantum, financial, economic, and valuation issues in international arbitration and dispute matters.

Mrinal is recognized as one of the leading expert witnesses in international arbitration. He has earned distinction by being named in Who's Who Legal's Arbitration 2019, 2020, and 2021 lists, as well as landing on WWL's Thought Leader Arbitration Expert Witness 2021 list. He is appointed on the Board of Society of Construction Law – Western India Chapter and is a Member of SIAC Users Council. He is also appointed on the Advisory Board of Centre for Arbitration & Research at Maharashtra National Law University.
Mrinal was awarded with an All India Economics Merit Certificate by CBSE in 2001 after which he graduated in Economics Honors from St. Stephen's College (Delhi) in 2004. He earned his MBA (Finance) from Fordham Graduate School of Business in New York and started his professional career working for a Big Four accounting firm in New York. He is a Visiting Faculty at several business schools and a speaker at various national and international conferences.
