Kochhar & Co. advised and acted for NIIF Infrastructure Finance Limited in connection with financial assistance availed by two (2) SPVs of the Radiance Renewables Group for its renewable energy portfolio with operations in two Indian states namely Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
