Top Lawyers And Architects Appointed For Dindoshi Nagar MHADA Layout By Union.
DINDOSHI NAGAR CO-OP HSG. SOCIETIES UNION LIMITED, is upcoming redevelopment project on MHADA Plot. MHADA had constructed chawls/buildings and allotted the tenements to people belonging to Economical Weaker Section and Low Income groups in the year 1980.
The Union comprises of approximately 33 Co-op Housing Societies, one of the largest in the suburbs and is widely spread across 53206.09 Sq. meters of plot area.
The tendering project will start soon and redevelopment of Approx. 15 Lakh Sq. ft area shall take.
The Society has appointed Mr. Suren Desai and Mr. Saurabh Damle as their Project Management Consultant.
On 20th of February, 2022, Mr Nikhil Dixit, the Panel architect of MHADA, shall address the Union at its General Body.
Solicis Lex Advisory have been appointed as Advocates and Solicitors for entire Redevelopment project of the Union.
