Jitendra Soni is a technology and transactions lawyer based in New Delhi.
As part of his technology practice, he routinely advises his clients on all areas of traditional and emerging technologies both in an advisory capacity and as a part of wider transactions. He also has extensive experience in the data protection space. His transactions practice includes representing startups, growing businesses and investors on the full suite of corporate transactions including private equity, venture capital, acquisitions and joint ventures, with specific focus on sectors arising at the intersection of technology.
Prior to joining Argus Partners, he has worked with law firms such as DSK Legal, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas and AZB & Partners. He is an alumnus of School of Law, KIIT University, Bhubaneswar and a member of Bar Council of Delhi.
Namitha Mathews has over 15 years of experience in the domain of litigation, dispute resolution and corporate advisory assignments across jurisdictions. Her primary areas of focus are civil law, company law, private estate law, alternative dispute redressal systems, real estate, infrastructure, property laws, education and white collar. She has evolved, over the years, a full spectrum practice on the litigation side being actively involved in all aspects of litigation from the trial stage up to the appellate stage.
Namitha has also honed a robust practice on the corporate and advisory side and works primarily in the areas of corporate governance, private equity, real estate and infrastructure project implementation, financing and acquisitions, fintech and digital payment space. The exposure to both corporate and litigation practice has given her an added advantage to appreciate not only the nuances of negotiating, structuring and drafting documentation for complex transactions but also the ability to identify and safeguard against possible transactional vulnerability which would expose clients to prospective litigation.
Namitha completed her law in the year 2006 from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, Maharashtra and is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi.
Prior to joining the Argus Partner, Namitha was working with Algo Legal heading the Disputes Practice. She was, before joining Algo Legal in 2020, the Founding Partner of Samvid Legal. She has also worked with UCOL, Advocates and Consultants and SPLC, Advocates and Consultants.
