Daksha Fellowship is India's first fellowship for lawyers, the Daksha Fellowship. This is a one-year full-time program with a novel curriculum developed by internationally renowned faculty, in collaboration with leading legal practitioners and industry experts. The innovative pedagogy for the program — which includes workshops, labs and boot camps — has been created to equip scholars with cutting edge knowledge, skills and expertise in Technology Law, Law and Regulation and Disputes Resolution.
The legal profession has undergone a massive transition over the past decade, with new areas of law emerging. Increasing information complexity, client demands, economic forces, changing demographics and technology advancements, all continue to accelerate and demand a response from the world of legal education.
This Fellowship is a great opportunity for those interested in latest developments in technology and its implications for privacy, free speech and regulation; for those interested in advising corporations on navigating the new world of independent regulatory institutions and those interested in resolving disputes without turning up in court.
Further details about the program can be obtained in the session led by Dr Ananth Padmanabhan, Dean, Daksha Fellowship.
