Essential Qualification and Experience

New Law Graduate

• Degree in Law and must have padded each examination for the said degree in the first attempt and final year of the Bachelor of Law or the final year of the Master of Laws (LL.M.) with at least 55% marks on or before 19th May 2023

Lawyer, attorney or advocate

• Degree in Law

• At least 3 years of experience in the legal profession as Advocate, attorney or advocate in Bombay High Court or a court subordinate thereto as on 19th May 2023.

• Service Court in Maharashtra in the post of Public Prosecutor shall be deemed to be a judicial occupation.
