Qualifications - Officers under the Central/State Govt's/UT.
- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre/department: Or
- With 6 (six) years of service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis in the scale of pay of Rs. 5200-20200/- + Rs. 2800 Grade Pay (pre-revised) or equivalent in the parent cadre/department; And
Possessing the following educational qualification and experience:
- Degree in Law from a recognized university or equivalent.
- Two years of experience as a legal practitioner or two years of experience in legal work in a Govt. Deptt. or autonomous bodies/public sector undertakings.
